                                        1.  
										
										Connect any computer directly into your 
										high-speed internet connection (DSL, 
										Cable, or Satellite modem) using an 
										existing Ethernet cable. 
									
										  
									
										
										2. Turn off your high-speed internet 
										connection (DSL, Cable, or Satellite 
										modem) by unplugging the power cord and 
										leaving it off for at least 60 seconds. 
									
										  
									
										
										3. Plug the power cord back into your 
										high-speed internet connection (DSL, 
										Cable, or Satellite modem) and wait for 
										all lights to turn back on. 
									
										  
									
										
										4. Restart the computer that is directly 
										connected to your high-speed internet 
										connection (DSL, Cable, or Satellite 
										modem). 
									
										  
									
										
										5. Once the computer is turned on, open 
										up your internet browser and try to go 
										to a website. If you cannot get to any 
										websites, please contact your internet 
										service provider because your internet 
										connection is down and the Talk Motion 
										service will not work. If you can browse 
										to websites but cannot use phone 
										service, proceed to step 6. 
									
										  
									
										
										6. Power off your high-speed internet 
										connection (DSL, Cable, or Satellite 
										modem) by unplugging the power cord and 
										leaving it off for at least 60 seconds. 
									
										  
									
										
										7. Power off your Talk Motion phone 
										adapter by unplugging the power cord and 
										leaving it off for at least 60 seconds. 
									
										  
									
										
										8. Power off any additional devices you 
										may have connected like other computers 
										or routers leaving them off for at least 
										60 seconds. 
									
										  
									
										
										9. Check all Ethernet cables on every 
										device and make sure they are firmly 
										connected. 
									
										  
									
										
										10. Plug the power cord back into your 
										high-speed internet connection (DSL, 
										Cable, or Satellite modem) and wait for 
										all lights to turn back on. 
									
										  
									
										
										11. Plug the power cord back into your 
										Talk Motion phone adapter and wait for 
										all lights to turn back on. 
									
										  
									
										
										12. Power on any additional devices that 
										you may have connected like other 
										computer or routers. 
									
										  
									
										
										13. At this point if you're still 
										experiencing any problems, please
